Voting
NDALC has several documents that can help you learn about voting rights, and how to prepare to vote. We can also help you register to vote in our offices or at any event we attend in your community.
Voters’ Bill of Rights – a 1-page document listing rights for all Nevadans when it comes to voting. Some of them might surprise you!
Voting in Nevada – the Rules and Your Rights – a booklet discussing voting advocacy and who to go to for help in voting within Nevada.
NDALC Voting Presentation – if you’ve attended one of our voting events, you may have seen this comprehensive presentation about why EVERYONE should vote, how to register, and how to overcome barriers people with disabilities frequently face when voting. This is a great presentation to share with others who are interested in voting but might not know where or how to start!
